Dr. Chamberlain earned her degree in Clinical Psychology in 2022 at Fielding Graduate University, receiving a second masters en route in Clinician Psychology. Her first masters degree was in counseling with emphases in Marriage, Family, and Child therapy. She completed her internship at Compass Health Network where she is currently a post-doctoral resident in Rolla, MO. She has training and experience in a variety of settings including residential facilities, community mental health, schools, and private practice. She is licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and provisionally licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (PLP).
Dr. Chamberlain maintains a humanistic theoretical orientation while utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices when formulating treatment and interventions. She is trained in CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT. She currently serves as the Team Lead for DBT in St. Robert, MO where she co-leads an adult DBT group. She has experience with several play modalities including CPRT, Theraplay, and Child Centered Play Therapy. She provides psychological testing, psychotherapy to clients aged 2+, and family therapy. She provides clinical supervision to masters-level students, provisionally licensed counselors, and doctoral interns.

Dr. Kaylen Fitzpatrick

Dr. Fitzpatrick is a South Florida native! She received her B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University in Miami, FL, and earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Dr. Fitzpatrick conducts assessments with individuals across the lifespan pertaining to neurodevelopmental, behavioral, learning, and other psychological concerns. She has extensive experience providing psychotherapy to young children, adolescents, adults, and families. She integrates process-oriented interventions, cognitive behavioral strategies, and therapeutic life skills to create a more balanced and meaningful sense of life and health.
Dr. Halie Hamilton

Dr. Hamilton earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology in 2022 at Central Michigan University. She completed her internship and post-doctoral residency at Compass Health Network in Columbia, MO. Dr. Hamilton is a generalist who works with all ages and focuses on use of evidence-based practices. She has had specialty trainings in DBT and PCIT. Dr. Hamilton’s experience in assessment ranges across the lifespan, and she has recently begun specializing in autism assessment. She leads an ADOS-2 specialty consultation group and serves as a Regional Autism Psychologist Leader for the central region.
Dr. Kelsey Allison

She earned her PsyD in clinical psychology from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. Dr. Allison works with adults and older adults for therapy and with adolescents, adults, and older adults for psychological assessment. She conceptualizes and primarily uses a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach and has additional training in motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis (CBTp), interpersonal therapy, solution-focused therapy, and exposure and response prevention (ERP). Her psychological assessments include diagnostic clarification, autism spectrum disorder, pre-surgical, and guardianship evaluations. Dr. Allison additionally provides clinical supervision to pre-doctoral interns.
Dr. Kayla Campbell

Dr. Kayla Campbell is a provisionally licensed psychologist and postdoctoral resident. Dr. Campbell earned master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology in La Mirada, California, and she completed her pre-doctoral internship at a forensic residential facility working with civilly committed sex offenders. Dr. Campbell takes an eclectic approach with her clients, believing in utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches to best meet client needs. She has taken courses particular to CBT, DBT, EFT, EFT for Couples, and Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy. She has also received brief training in MI and ACT. She also conducts psychological assessment with adults, primarily related to executive dysfunction and ADHD-like symptoms. Her current field interests are trauma, grief, and gender-related issues. Additionally, Dr. Campbell assists in the clinical and professional development of pre-doctoral interns and practicum students at Compass Health.
Dr. Tristen Winston
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Tristen Winston is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Missouri, Kansas and California and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) in Kansas. Dr. Winston specializes in military behavioral health, Gottman Method couples therapy, addiction medicine and trauma.
Dr. Winston earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater from the University of Southern California, went on to earn a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Executive Coaching from The University of the Rockies and completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has completed Level 3 Gottman Couples Therapist Training, earned a Post-Graduate Certificate in Military Behavioral Health and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma.
Dr. Winston currently works as Licensed Psychologist at Compass Health Network, in Raymore Missouri, providing outpatient therapy services to adults, adult psychological assessments, and clinical supervision.
Dr. Winston has an extensive clinical work history which includes working as the Director of Behavioral Health for Health Partnership Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center, in Olathe Kansas, Clinical Director for Laguna Treatment Hospital, American Addition Center’s Substance Abuse Hospital in Southern California, psychologist for the CA Department of Corrections at a Men’s Maximum Security State Prison, and as a supervisor and clinical trainer at multiple substance abuse treatment centers throughout Southern California.
Dr. Winston has extensive clinical experience working in addiction medicine. Her addiction training began during her pre-doctoral internship with dual-diagnosis patients using Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and continued through her post-doctoral fellowship in addiction and severe mental health. Dr. Winston worked as a clinical consultant, to expand substance abuse treatment and MAT services, by opening facilities throughout Southern California and across the country including Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida. Most recently, as the Director of Behavioral Health at HPC, Dr. Winston, was instrumental in launching both the Outpatient Substance Abuse Services program and Medication Assisted Treatment program for their underserved community. With a passion for addiction medicine, Dr Winston continues to provide education to medical staff and the community related to substance abuse to reduce the stigma of treatment.
Dr. Winston has a passion for training the next generation of psychologists and has developed several clinical training programs during her career and served as a Clinical Supervisor for master’s and doctoral level students, throughout her career. While working at Health Partnership Clinic, Dr. Winston developed partnerships with Kansas City University’s Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology and the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare to serve as a training site for psychology and social work practicum students. In addition, Dr. Winston served as an adjunct faculty member at Avila University. In her spare time, Dr. Winston donates clinical hours to work with military veterans and their families through Give an Hour and previously with The Soldier’s Project and currently training her rescue puppy to be a Therapy Dog.
Dr. Stephanie Terrell

Dr. Stephanie Terrell, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, practices at Compass Health Network. Dr. Terrell specializes in the treatment of PTSD utilizing Prolonged Exposure (PE). She also is trained in smoking cessation. She provides treatment for a variety of other diverse clinical concerns for adults in an outpatient setting. She has extensive experience in psychological evaluations. She enjoys supervising students at all training levels. She has over 12 years’ experience in the mental health field.
Dr. Sarah Galvin

Dr. Sarah Galvin is a provisionally licensed psychologist who has been with Compass Health since 2021, completing both her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral residency at the Compass Health Network Raymore office. She earned her Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Galvin works with children and adolescents ages 2-18 for therapy and psychological assessment. She conceptualizes and uses an integrative approach to treatment, including relational/interpersonal therapy, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She is also in the process of becoming PCIT-certified. Her psychological assessments primarily focus on autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Galvin additionally provides clinical supervision to pre-doctoral interns.
Dr. Carrie French

She completed her internship and post-doctoral residency with Royal Oaks Hospital with a focus on psychological testing and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. In the past, she has provided psychological services in inpatient, outpatient, school, residential, home, community, and primary care settings. Currently, Dr. French is serving as the Director of the High Acuity Unit Program and provides clinical services in the High Acuity Unit, Adolescent Units, and Pre-Adolescent Units. While completing her post-doctoral residency Dr. French provided training, individual supervision, and group supervision to psychological interns and has a passion for training and supervision. After completing the post-doc, Dr. French has continued to provide training and supervision. She currently serves as a primary and secondary supervisor for interns at Royal Oaks Hospital. Her primary clinical interests are working with individuals from underserved populations, individuals with developmental disabilities, and individuals with severe emotional and behavioral symptoms.
Dr. Patrick Fletcher

Dr. Fletcher completed both his internship and post-doctoral training at Royal Oaks Hospital prior to being hired at the hospital as a Licensed Psychologist in the Winter of 2019. Dr. Fletcher serves as the Testing Director for the hospital, providing psychological assessments, training, and supervision. Dr. Fletcher primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered techniques when providing individual and group therapies. Dr. Fletcher maintains a passion for providing effective and supportive supervision for trainees, for reducing stigma in mental health, and for relieving problematic symptoms associated with irrational thoughts.

Her specialty interest is in psychological assessment with all ages, for a variety of presenting issues, with specialty training areas including Autism Spectrum assessment, DBT, couples therapy, and neurofeed-back. Her theoretical orientation can be described as Systemic in theory and CBT in practice. Dr. Ashley has been providing supervision since 2017 and recently began serving as a Director of Outpatient Services.
Dr. Neha Batool

Dr. Batool embodies a multicultural and integrative approach in providing clinical supervision, psychotherapy, and testing services. Her passion for research and advocacy is centered around the issue of forced marriages in the United States and its lack of awareness in the field of mental health. Through her dissertation research, she hopes to advocate for re-conceptualizing forced marriages beyond race, age, culture, and religion to effectively address serious mental health challenges and stigma against immigrant communities.
Dr. Michaela Muehlbach

Dr. Muehlbach has training and experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient hospitals, residential substance abuse treatment, CMHCs, CCBHCs, and FQHCs. She has developed specialty interest in psychological assessment, diagnostics, and whole person care. Dr. Muehlbach currently serves as Deputy Chief Clinical Officer (DCCO) of Outpatient and Psychological Services, and also provides ongoing clinical supervision to advanced doctoral and master level psychology students.
Dr. Taylor Montgomery

She then attended Saint Louis University where she earned her Ph.D in Clinical Psychology with a research emphasis in health, performance, and sport psychology. Dr. Montgomery completed her pre-doctoral internship in St. Louis at the University of Missouri-St. Louis Psychology Consortium. Dr. Montgomery has a generalist training background and has clinical experience in a variety of settings including university counseling centers, athletic departments, business consulting settings, community mental health agencies, trauma centers, adult and child inpatient hospitals, and residential treatment facilities. Dr. Montgomery enjoys utilizing her skills in various activities including conducting individual and group therapy, administering psychological testing, supervising, and consulting. At Compass Health, Dr. Montgomery provides direct clinical services to clients through therapy and testing. She also provides supervision to pre-doctoral students and practicum students. Dr. Montgomery adopts an integrated approach that includes aspects from interpersonal therapy, emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, CBT, and mindfulness.

Dr. Lea has specialty training in child psychology and has co-authored 11 peer reviewed publications focused on cognitive deficits associated with Attention -Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. In addition, Dr. Lea is a certified PCIT therapist, co-leads adult and adolescent DBT groups, and has specialty training in psychological assessment across the lifespan. She also has experience and interest in teaching, training, and disseminating academic research to staff and students. Dr. Lea’s theoretical orientation is cognitive-behavioral/behavioral.
Dr. John Dandurand

He earned his degree from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University - Los Angeles in 2016. While at CSPP he completed practica at the University of California, Los Angeles Semel Institute and at Aegis Treatment Centers, giving him varied experience in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Substance Use Disorders, as well as a variety of frequently co-occurring disorders. He completed his internship and post-doctoral residency at Pathways/Compass Health Network, where he continues to see a wide variety of clients in a rural mental healthcare setting. Dr. Dandurand is primarily cognitive-behavioral in his theoretical orientation and draws significant influence from more behaviorally oriented approaches from his work as a Behavior Specialist while in graduate school. He continues to appreciate the contributions of other theoretical approaches to the field.

Dr. Jaedyn Bonner

jbonner@compasshn.orgDr. Jaedyn Bonner is a postdoctoral psychology resident. Dr. Bonner completed her pre-doctoral internship at Compass Health Network during the 2020-2021 internship year. She received her B.S. in psychology from Howard University in Washington, DC in 2016 and went on to receive her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS in 2021. Dr. Bonner utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach with many of her clients while also utilizing multiple other theoretical orientations based on clients’ needs. Additionally, Dr. Bonner has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is a co-leader of the Wentzville office’s first adolescent DBT skills group. Along with CBT and DBT, Dr. Bonner has also been trained in trauma treatment approaches (e.g., Written Exposure Therapy) and continues to use evidence-based approaches for trauma treatment (e.g., Cognitive Processing Therapy). She also conducts psychological assessment with individuals across the lifespan for a variety of presenting problems (e.g., personality, cognitive, ADHD). Dr. Cody Bond

He earned his master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, MO, and his internship and post-doctoral residency were both completed at a forensic residential facility working with civilly committed sex offenders. While Dr. Bond no longer works in forensics, he takes what he learned from that experience and uses it to help the clients he works with today. Dr. Bond takes an eclectic approach with his clients and firmly believes in individualizing a variety of evidence-based practices for his clients when formulating treatment and interventions. He is trained in CBT, CBT-I, CPT, and DBT. Dr. Bond’s current field of interests are Biofeedback (BF) and Neuro-feedback (NF) and establishing a BF/NF program within Compass. He provides clinical supervision for pre-doctoral interns, residents, and practicum students.
Dr. Sean Sargent

He completed his internship and post-doctoral residency at Burrell Behavioral Health. His training and experience have primarily consisted of community mental health settings. He has developed specialty interest in psychological assessment for children and adults, including diagnostic clarification, autism spectrum diagnoses, and disability determination evaluations. He has experience providing individual and couples counseling, utilizing primarily cognitive-behavioral therapies. Dr. Sargent has had the opportunity to provide supervision to advanced doctoral residents starting this year. His theoretical orientation emphasizes aspects of systemic and cognitive-behavioral approaches, while utilizing a multicultural lens to provide further understanding of his clients.

He completed his internship at the Missouri Health Sciences Consortium – VA track, and post-doctoral hours at KU Medical Center and Fulton State Hospital. Dr. Edwards takes a process-based CBT approach when conceptualizing cases and primarily does individual therapy for adult populations focusing on SUD, anxiety, depression, and trauma treatments. He provides clinical supervision for outpatient SUD/Mental health services.
Dr. Beth McCadden

She earned her master’s degree in Community Counseling from Marquette University, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah. Dr. McCadden completed her clinical internship at Brigham Young University’s Counseling and Psychological Services, and a post-doctoral residency at the Counseling Center at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Dr. McCadden works with adult clients using a cognitive behavioral framework while incorporating interventions from various evidenced – based treatments. She is trained in CBT, DBT, CPT, and FMT (Feminist – Multicultural therapy). Dr. McCadden specializes in working with and advocating for members of the LGBTQ+ population, individuals impacted by racial injustices, and survivors of sexual trauma. In addition to providing psychotherapy services, Dr. McCadden thoroughly enjoys providing supervision to graduate students across all levels of training.

He is originally from Minnesota and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Minnesota State University in 2007. Dr. Miller works primarily in individual therapy as well as with psychological assessments. He considers his theoretical orientation to be primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specializes in the treatment of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Dr. Miller enjoys working with clients of all ages, including marriage and family therapies. Additional interests in treatment for Dr. Miller include use of mindfulness and neuro-feedback.
Dr. Bonny Thacker

Dr. Bonny Thacker is a licensed psychologist and has been employed at Compass Health Network since 2013. She earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in neuropsychology at The School of Professional Psychology at Forest Institute in Springfield, Missouri. She completed her internship and post-doctoral residency at Larned State Hospital in Larned, Kansas. There she gained experiences with a variety of populations including acute inpatient, incarcerated individuals, and individuals civilly committed as sexual predators. Currently, she continues to expand her experiences in the community mental health setting treating individuals with a variety of mental health needs and providing supervision to pre-doctoral interns. She has experience with psychological evaluations but currently focuses on therapy with adolescents and adults. Her focus includes the integration of the treatment team working towards the wellness of the client. She uses a CBT and Humanistic therapeutic approach and has training in ACT and CPT concepts. Dr. Cathy Grigg

cgrigg@compasshn.orgDr. Cathy Grigg is the Deputy Chief Clinical Officer of Psychiatric Services for Compass Health Network. Dr. Grigg completed her doctorate of Psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in October 2004. Prior to her position as Director of Psychiatry Services, Dr. Grigg served as the Director of Special Projects for Pathways Behavioral Health, after completing a six-year stint as an Outpatient Therapist with Pathways Behavioral Health.
Dr. Grigg has had the honor to supervise and provide guidance to a number of other psychologists while they worked to obtain their doctor degrees, as well as working with the Heart of American Psychological Training Consortium to develop the appropriate Internship program to comply with the APPIC requirements.
Dr. Grigg finds the most satisfaction in the work she is able to do with ICPT/IMET. She has had the opportunity to serve on the Board of IMET (International Medical and Educational Trust) for five years. With this, she has worked with hundreds of teachers to provide the appropriate training and support to children after disasters. Through IMET, Dr. Grigg had the opportunity to work with Training Teachers As Therapists in the Aftermath of Disaster in Joplin, MO, as well as Training the Trainers Course in Trauma Psychiatry for Joplin Mental Health Professionals, Physicians and Others. Dr. Grigg has also presented in the Post-Katrina New Orleans, as well as Gaza in the aftermath of war.

Dr. Paul Thomlinson
Executive Director of the Compass Health Research Institute
pthomlinson@compasshn.orgDr. Paul Thomlinson is a licensed psychologist with specialties in organizational, clinical, and experimental psychology, and is the Executive Director of the Compass Health Research Institute. He earned the BS degree in Psychology & Sociology from Southwest Baptist University, the MA degree in General/Experimental Psychology, and the PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both of the latter from the University of Southern Mississippi. Subsequently, Dr. Thomlinson completed a post-doctoral re-specialization in Clinical Psychology and holds the license to practice as a psychologist in the state of Missouri. He has been on the faculties of several universities and graduate schools, including Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and Missouri State University.
Deborah R. Frost,, Ph.D.
Vice President of Regional Corporate Services
dfrost@compasshn.orgDr. Frost began her tenure with Compass Health in 2001 as a licensed Psychologist. In her current role as VP of Corporate Operations, she oversees new contract development, program coordination, community relations, regional expansion, and charitable fundraising for the Southern Region of Compass Health. In addition, Dr. Frost is responsible Psychology Intern and Resident supervision and training. Dr. Frost completed her Doctorate at West Virginia University and was classically trained in Behavioral Therapies and Geriatric Psychology. She completed her doctoral internship at the Brockton VA/Harvard Medical School and specialized in Medical Psychology prior to relocating to Rural Missouri. She is published in several American Psychological Association texts and Periodicals in the areas of Geropsychology and Medical Psychology.
Dr. Tosha Larson
Director of Psychology and Outpatient Services
tlarson@compasshn.orgDr. Larson earned her degree in Counseling Psychology in 2012 at University of Oklahoma. She completed her internship at University of Memphis, and post-doctoral residency at Jackson Psychological Services with an emphasis in Psychological Assessment. She currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Services for the Nevada and El Dorado Springs Offices. She also serves as the Director of Psychology. Her home office is in Raymore, a suburb of Kansas City.
Dr. Larson has training and experience in a variety of settings, including community mental health, university counseling, residential treatment, inpatient, and private practice. She has developed specialty interest in psychological assessment, working with children and adults. This experience is broad and captures specialty assessment skills including disability and autism spectrum disorder assessment. She has had the opportunity to act as a supervisor to Interns, advanced doctoral, and master level practicum students. She has experience providing individual, family, group, couples, and career counseling. Her theoretical orientation is eclectic, but emphasizes aspects of interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered approaches, while employing a multicultural lens to further understand her clients.
Dr. Larson is passionate about issues of diversity, activism, and social justice. She is a member of the Accessibility and Inclusion Committee at Compass Health, which evaluates the organization's level of cultural proficiency, provides training for all employees regarding the value of a diverse workforce, and works with diverse populations to reduce barriers to access service.
Dr. Melissa Webb
Director of Clinical Training, Staff Psychologist
mwebb@compasshn.orgDr. Melissa Webb is a licensed psychologist who has been with Compass Health since 2017, and acting as Director of Clinical Training since 2019. She earned master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and her internship and post-doctoral residency were both completed with Pathways Behavioral Health (now Compass Health Network). Dr. Webb takes a cognitive behavioral approach when conceptualizing cases and draws from a variety of evidence-based practices when formulating treatment and interventions. She is trained in CBT, IPT, TF-CBT, and DBT, though at this time Dr. Webb primarily conducts psychological testing with some individual psychotherapy. She provides ongoing clinical supervision for doctoral interns, residents, and practicum students.
